For my gifs, I start out by making a shit fuck load of screencaps and I pick 3 that I like the best and crop them to 500px x 250px. Then I put them together like this and after that, I make my stupid black borders. Once I finish doing that, I open all the frames I want to use for my gif and paste them onto one another as new layers… I don’t think that makes sense. This is...
